When I was putting together the videos for UNCUT! Internet Marketing, I was able to get to know many of the well-known gurus on a more personal level. I got to see these people with their hair down, with no cameras, no audio equipment and no seminar audience.
And you know what? They're real people, just like you and me. They all started with nothing and built their empires from scratch. Many faced adversity time and time again, but they kept persevering, clawing and scratching their way until they finally reached the top.
But one thing they all had in common was that they loved to TALK. They talked about their businesses...their strategies...their successes...and even some upcoming projects.
And occasionally, one of them would talk a little TOO much...and out would pop a strategy or technique they really didn't want me to know about because of its high-powered potential for mega-profits. It was usually followed by a laugh and a 'Whoops...shouldn't have let that one out of the bag' type of comment.
Of course, I was laughing with them on the outside...but INSIDE I was scribbling notes furiously in my head.
